Life has its many challenges, it can be messy, and complicated.

Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or lost—unsure of how to move forward.

Maybe you find yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you, struggling to respond to life and relationships the way you’d like to.

Maybe you feel like you’re carrying too much, but you don’t know how to put it down.

You long for more ease, choice, and clarity.

You want to feel lighter, more present in your body, and more at home in your life.

You want deeper, more connected relationships—with yourself and with others.

If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, know that healing happens in relationship. In a supportive and accepting space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, change becomes possible. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your capacity to navigate life’s challenges, and help you reconnect with your inherent wisdom and resilience.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s find a way forward together.

You do not need to walk this journey alone, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Danielle Morran MC, CCC

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association offering virtual & In Person counselling to individuals, youth, and families.
Hi, I'm Danielle!
I live, work, and build relationships on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, and the Métis Nation (Region 3), within Treaty 7 territory in Southern Alberta. I honor and respect the Indigenous peoples who have nurtured and cared for this land for generations.

As a relational, somatic therapist, I’m deeply committed to understanding how our bodies hold and express our experiences—especially in the context of attachment and the ways we connect with others. I acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression, including colonialism, racism, sexism, ableism, and other forms of harm, and I recognize how these forces affect our sense of self, safety, and connection.

In our work together, I aim to create a space where you can feel deeply seen, felt, and understood—where your body’s wisdom is welcomed as a powerful resource for healing. I believe that safety and connection are key to moving through life’s challenges, and my approach is rooted in building trust and fostering a sense of security within ourselves and in our relationship. With empathy, curiosity, and respect, I will be alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow, supporting you in reconnecting with yourself, your body, and the relationships that matter most to you.
At Morran Counselling Therapy, we recognize that our work takes place on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, and the Métis Nation (Region 3), in what is now known as Treaty 7 territory in Southern Alberta. We hold deep respect for the wisdom, resilience, and ongoing contributions of the Indigenous peoples who have cared for this land since time immemorial.
Acknowledgment is only one step in relationship and repair. We commit to continually learning, listening, and engaging in meaningful actions that support Indigenous sovereignty, healing, and reconciliation.
